The indian auto maker, Tata motors launched the "people's car", Nano for less than $2,000. (100,000 rupees). Forget air conditioning or power window. If you want them, you have to pay extra.

Nano comes with the 2-cylinder engine which enables the car to have the top speed of 105 kilometers per hour (appr. 60mph) it's fuel efficiency is also stunning 23.6 km/liter (55.51mpg)

Do you know about Tinyurl?

This is an interesting idea. As Twitter is becoming more popular,
there is definitely a good use for this tiny version of long URLs that
we commonly encounter these days. As shown in the following
screenshot, tinyurl.com offers the front page that allows you to enter
a long URL. You can give it a name and http://tinyurl.com/[yourlink]
will be the tiny version of the long URL!

You can also see these tinyURLs being used on Twitter

This service definitely made me think about how they make money. I was not able to find any official information but people infer that they insert amazon or ebay affiliate code if it does not already exist. What a thought!

What is more powerful thing about it is that tinyURL can also occasionally add a intermediate page that displays an ad. Who said that we will never see another remarkable web service like Google? It definitely seems that we are just in the beginning of discovering more.
